Adds a vanilla-friendly auction house to the outpost and bandit camp

A player driven auction house without breaking the vanilla feel of and that is simple to use:
Players can buy whole stack or any size split they want, the price is calculated accordingly. To buy, simply click the price or drag item to the inventory (similar to using a box).
The prices drops by (1/48 starting price set by the seller) automatically over the course of 48 hours, then removed to guarantee a sale with a reasonable price.

Players may also keep their scrap in the bank for a fee.

Items that have the least amount of time left are broadcasted on the map, similar to other vending machines.

All CUI resize to client resolution/UI size automatically. Players can buy whole stack or any size split they want, the price is calculated accordingly. The prices drops (by 1/48 starting price set by the seller) over the course of 48 hours, then removed. Items with their prices, timeleft and owners are saved natively with the map save.
